NOMINATIONS

REGISTRATION FOR SUMMER SEMESTER 2026/2027 IS OPEN

Nominations for winter semester: 1st May – 30th June

Nominations for summer semester: 15th September – 30th November

Procedure:

Find out if your university has an Inter Institutional Agreement (IIA) with WAT.
Students should be officially nominated for an exchange period by email sent to incoming.erasmus@wat.edu.pl
All nominated students must set up an account and apply via IRK online system Offer – IRK

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Transcript of Records from recent studies a copy of the most recently obtained university diploma (issued in English);
Language Certificate proving at least a B1 level of English;
Military University of Technology Application Form (signed and stamped by a representative of the applicant’s home institution);
Scan of a passport or national ID;
Official photo (passport format).

INCOMING STUDENTS

Check course catalogues offered by the respective Faculty
Prepare your Learning Agreement according to the guidelines of your home university using OLA (Online Learning Agreement) or your local system connected to EWP.
Your Learning Agreement will be transferred directly to our system via EWP.
Letter of acceptance you will receive once your Learning Agreement is accepted on both sides.
Check accommodation possibilities at WAT and in Warsaw.

NOTE: You can choose courses from one Faculty only.

CAMPUS

The University campus is located at the western border of Warsaw in proximity to the Kampinos National Park. The city centre is easy to reach by public transportation.

It is planned as a self-sufficient town with social infrastructure, dormitories, gastronomic and sport facilities, banks, stores, a hotel and a post office.

ACCOMMODATION

In winter semester accommodation is not available for civil students.
